15 Days Return Warranty
Our refund policy lasts 7 days under the condition that the VOYO kit and its accessories are unpacked. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
VOYO provides 15 days return policy. The returned VOYO shall not have defects like man-made scratches, dente, and other flaws that affects the resell of the machine. Plus, the customer pays for the round-trip shipping cost and custom duties (if applied).
VOYO provides 1-year warranty (calculated by date customer received the machine). We provide customer service to non man-made damages and hardware issues. Customers needs to cover the round trip postages.
I. Return Process
If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service: email@example.com
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service inbox, we will reply to you in 24 hours.
Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II. Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange the VOYO for your personal reasons within 7 days of receiving the machine, you will have to bear the shipping costs and possible customs duties. Plus the 5% handling and transaction fees deducted by PayPal.
The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it was sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
We do not accept any complaints or indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
No exchange or return on promotional items.
III. Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Ⅳ. Shipping Fee
VOYO is not liable for problems of the following:
Size doesn’t fit.
Customer’s subjective factors or just dislike the item.
Any cancellation on the order: third-party payment like PayPal will charge 5% restocking fee of the total value.
